Honestly, I do think that sharinganless Kakashi (who is below Zabuza's level and doesn't even make the top 40 strongest shinobi) beats Tsunade.
Why?
-He's faster than her.
-Kakashi has a higher databook score (which compares characters in their base... so no sharingan factored in) than Tsunade
-Kabuto and Kakashi have the same databook score... Kabuto outdid Tsunade in taijutsu quite easily and 12 yr old Naruto had to come in and rescue her.
Kakashi takes his kunai, dodges her punches (since he has better reflexes and is faster), and proceeds to slice off her head so that she can't regenerate and dies immediately.
- So what if he is faster? Orochimaru was faster, Tsunade obliterated him. Madara was faster, Tsunade was able to hit him.
- Actually Tsunade has higher score ( 35 ). By databook logic Tsunade is top 10 ninja.
- Reread the chapter. Kabuto had to use soldier pills to boost his abilities and he had to use blood to paralyze Tsunade.
