Potentially they could have more that we just haven't had a chance to see but I disagree when you say it would not change anything in battle. For example if Hidan had something as simple as a clone jutsu it would make him so much stronger and increase his chances in battle. However since we haven't seen them we can't just assume.

An unknown jutsu can change the tide of battle. Take for instance, kabutp knew itachi had the izanami, or konan knew about the uchiha's izanagi.It is actually smart to hide one's technique.

i agree, if kishi/anyone on the official level hasn't showcased someone using a jutsu, then it shouldn't matter in a vs thread. it's safe to "assume" but it means nothing in a vs thread. much like minato's "other sealing techs". or oro having "other edos". or hidan even having a clone, as suggested.

same goes for filler
