What about the death of the 4th Mizkage. Its kind of a wierd spot too. Because did Zabuza kill him, or did someone else afterward?

With his(shusuis) doryoku, the same way Danzo (had one of shusuis eyes in his head) controlled Meifune. With a genjutsu so powerful the user wouldn't even know they were in it.

Oh yeah I also wonder how the Kakashi gaiden arc plays out correctly. about 16-18 years from the current arc Minato wasn't hokage then when naruto was born 16 years later he is. kinda screwy...

1) read the kage summit Ao says that he knows the color of Shusuis chakra that was flowing being emmited from Danzo. Because it was the same color he released the Mizkage from.

The current arc narutos only about 16.I think theres only a 2, or three year time skip while Narutos training with Jirya after sauske leaves. That would make the 3rd nina war overlap time wise. Or the time tables are fudged.

Either Danzou handed over one eye to Madara in leiu of leaving konoha or oro had saven one sharingan and later on gave it to Madara as a fee to join AKatsuki..

How old was kakshi when he became Jounin? it was said that he was youngest jounin at the time in the manga but, I don't remember the age? Minato was himself young and less than 21.

it is screwy, but it was 10 years before the series start, but then naruto would be 2 or 3, 2 or 3 years after minato died, yet he was still alive
