she was the embodiment of madara getting power when it should stay seperate. he wasnt a god or the savior. she was refreshing to me but went out too quickly.

and its for movie stuff.

Yeah, kishi kills off one character to bring out a stronger one. Lol

I honestly got tired of madara. He and hashirama should've settled their problems while they were edos.
And more stupid add. Honestly the way she got sealed.... Madara only wanted to fight Hashirama for a little more... His objective was IT. Their problems could not be solved because Madara wouldn't listen...

Well we learned How Madara survived through Black Zetsu not Kaguya. Hagoromo should have been the source of the tie in to all chakra as we were led to believe before this Kaguya reveal.

I wouldn't have had an issue with kaguya if :

1) she wasn't introduced so late in the series. When we first heard Hagoromo's and Madara's name it was back in part I and the begining of Part 2. and they were mentioned several times with peices of themselves existing into the modern ninja world (the Rinnegan for Hagorom and Obito posing as Madara) so their appearance was not only welcomed by foreshadowed. Kaguya was mention at the end of the juubito arc and she appeared some 5 chapters later with little to know history. Barely uttered more than 3 sentences and then was sealed again and forgotten. This is why everyone feels there is so much unfinished about her and the story.

2.) As mentioned above she seemed more like a mindless puppet to Black Zetsu than a woman of her own. Maybe if she had been that shadow of a figure guiding Madara from the get go her appearance wouldn't have felt...forced on us.

3.) The history of chakra as you mentioned, came from the tree. It was believed that Hagoromo was the progenitor of humans using chakra so it really wasn't necessary for their to be a Kaguya.

I think Kishi mainly introduced Kaguya because he really had no way of stopping Madara whom he made far too powerful thus using the deus ex machina bailout to defeat him.

But as you said to each his/her own

How about sending Madara to live in Kamuiland by Obito who's life he ruined? So saying that there was no way to defeat Madara is retarded because I just thought one in a matter of seconds.

Kaguya was obviously movie advisement(based on The Last plot line) and way to make IT look bad(people turn into Zetsu).

Obviously.

SHe was just an excuse for the Last movie to be connected to the manga

Bingo.

Bingo.

I wouldn't call it stupid since that is exactly what happened. Madara got put down by black zetsu and turned into Kaguya. You know where that term Deys ex Machina came from and it what it means in terms of story plot right.

It is exactly what happened to Madara by the very introduction of Kaguya. Your "example" would have been boring so Kishi came up with a better idea which backfired. Just look at how many people dislike her introduction.

Is she was a tie in for the movie than she should have been introduced as the movies villain. This would have allowed Madara to be the villain just before Sasuke, and the movie could have been used to feel in all the Rikudo's family history, to give Kaguya some depth to her character, and a number of other things including the showdown between Naruto and Sasuke.

That wouldn't have taken anything away from the story nor would she have felt forced or rushed through. Nothing stupid about that is there?

True. I wish this Reincarnation didn't happen either. In fact, Naruto should have just been the only one fighting off Madara once and for all. The show's about Naruto not about him and his Rival. In fact his rival has no legit path. All he did was just get Itachi then mess with the Raikage...

Obito defeating Madara would have been more fitting considering their connection and the fact that he pretended to be him for a long time.

@Bold: I agree, Kishi should have done that with her. I believe that she was originally conceived for the movie. But something happened along the way. I think Kishi and/or editors came to realize that the Moon's Eye Plan was not too villainous of plot since it made everyone happy and basically immortal. A huge chunk of fans didn't think it's all that bad of a thing.

So Kaguya was shoehorned into the manga instead to turn the Moon's Eye Plan to be a completely bad idea and put the Alliance fully in the right. It was just a cop-out basically.

That's my theory.

I'm pretending she never happened and that Naruto and Sasuke vs Madara was the fight before Naruto vs Sasuke.
