ever living chakra?

ok so the sage said he was practically just chakra at this point, and that his son's chakra's are being reincarnated from

person to person so they are the same.. my question is:

what happened to the mother of the SO6P's chakra? if theirs is ever living her should be around somewhere too right?

Kaguya is the Reaper Death person, or that the Sage's brother is.
