Ever imagined Obito if he had his left eye instead of the right?

Do you think he would have been more powerful than he already is? I believe so personally since i think that the left eye has even more potential than his right eye. The only difference is that thanks to his Uchiha status and Hashirama's DNA, he can spamm MS more than Kakashi, who is a non-Uchiha i believe.

Obito's left eye capacity:

- Long range warping
- Close range warping(when Kakashi warped himself or Hachibi for example)
- Warp himself in and out of the dimension
- defensiv warping(warping arrows for example)

Obito's right eye capacity:

- Close range warping
- Warp himself in and out of the dimension
- Warp parts of his bodies creating a intangibility simulation

When i compare the caracteristics of both eyes, i believe the left eye Kakashi possess is better in a battle. You may say that Obito has his intangibility, which makes him greater for defensiv purposes, true, but you forget that the intangibility simulation works by teleporting parts of his bodies. The kamui used to teleport parts of your body in the other dimension to dodge an attack can be replaced by the left kamui used to teleport the attack itself.

Example: Raikage charges to attack Obito, he dodges it by using kamui to teleport his body in the other dimension. On the other hand, Sasuke uses Susanoo arrows on Kakashi, then Kakashi uses kamui to warp the arrows in the other dimension

So like you can see, if we forget to take into consideration the chakra issue, both used one kamui in a defensiv purpose to escape from one situation. As for the offensiv purpose, the left eye is better by far since he doesn't even need a contact to warp the thing/person he wants to warp, when if you have the right eye, you must need to close the distance, and just closing the distance, if we go by Obito's use, he uses multiple kamuis(since he also needs to defend himself by warping himself in the other dimension)

Like you can see, if we limit the number of utilisation of kamui's, the left eye would be better by far. Just imagine if Kakashi had the right eye instead of the left? Using kamui enough is bad for his body in the contrary of Obito. So can you imagine him warping himself with continuous kamui to dodge attacks while closing the distance, then warping the enemy in question like Obito does? Obviously not

These are the reasons why i believe that with equal chakra(not looking at the users), the left eye kakashi possess is better than the right eye. Obito just got unlucky, and it was also good for the purpose of the scenario(we don't want to see people pawned by a book in every fights by someone with Obito's chakra reserve spamming it all the day :p)

the weakness of intangibility was shown perfectly in the battle vs. konan - all in all you're right!

I think he would've been dead long time ago.

I think so.
Do you think he would have Susano'o if he had both eyes? For some reason, I feel he would have it (if he doesn't have it, or have I missed it?) had he had both eyes.

Obito's kamui is far better than Kakashi's by a mile.

Remember the fact that he was untouchable made the ninja world believe that he was Madara Uchiha and they went to war with him. If he had Kakashi's kamui, then would've gotten thrashed by the Raikage

I'm not comparing Obito to Kakashi or who can manipulate better, so i don't understand the bold part. Also, if he can use the kamui portal to teleport his body and Sasuke's in the other dimension before Raikage reaches him, why couldn't he put a kamui portal with the left eye just in front of him, which would warp the Raikage away if he reaches the portal exactly like when Kakashi used that portal to warp arrows?

There is no way one eye is better that the other. Why would it be so anyway? The were awakened at the same time with the same circumstances. Tsukiyomi is no better than Amaterasu and the other way round in Itachi's case. One eye just has the long-ranged warping ability, an the other - intangibility. Otherwise it would basically mean that Kakashi, while having an eye for not even a year, mastered it better than Obito n 16(!) years? lol that's impossiblexd
