It sounds like you need an academic hobby to pour that thirst into, I would also suggest praying to Jesus, I find that it doesn't just help but its the best way of getting things off your chest without everyone and their brother judging you.

I don't know if its bottled up inside, or that I just can't express myself properly, but I truly just want to let go.

For me, it's a little of both. I can express myself but I know I'll get judged for it. I'd never act on the impulse that would put others in danger but I think about it due to what I keep bottled up inside.

For the remedy of that, I'll usually go play soccer for a few hours, go run, or I'll smoke. I won't recommend you to smoke like I do but you should find a hobby that you love, one that will completely cloud your thoughts and you think about hardly anything but what you're doing or dedicating yourself to something. It's as close as to letting go as you can get. It won't completely make the feeling go away but it's the best way to cut loose somehow.

I agree, I have found a hobby I can invest myself in but still, theres always a need for more.

Nah, the idea of it sounds cool, but actually doing it is a whole other story (not that I would know). You probably wouldn't like any of the feelings so I wouldn't say it's a fitting end. I don't think I'd like to kill or injure (thought has come up), destroying things does seem fun though. Pissing off society while knowing they can't catch me would be amazing.
