Events in the anime that are contradictory of the canon

They can be large or small things. Typically I mean things that studio pierrot may have added in rather than Kishimoto.

Here's some I've found
-Kakashi using Katon
-Kurama breathing fire (I hear Kishimoto was rather ticked about it)
-Deva path using Suiton
-Naruto using Suiton
-Tobirama using Bringer of Darkness rather than Hashirama
-Itachi's susano'o being red and orange rather than gold or yellow
-Sasuke's susano'o being purple rather than navy blue

He can use allot of nature techs.

He's like Hiruzen, but extremely underrated.
And the fact that he has less chakra.

There's nothing contradictory with Kakashi using Katon. After all, he is the Copy ninja and can simply just copy non-KG fire techniques from other people.

Also, Naruto has never learnt and used any water style techniques. That Toad Gun technique you mentioned requires Naruto to mold his wind chakra and expel the water from a frog's mouth. The added wind chakra allows the water to be expelled at a greater force.

An example of a contradiction is Kisame's skin colour, which appears blue in the anime but green in the manga.

Yeah this one always bothered me. In the anime everyone's chakra is blue but in the manga I imagined everyone to have different colored chakra.

Same here (especially with mentions like "That's Shisui's chakra color!"), it's only logical for different people to have different chakra color since the signature is individual, just like different molecules have distinct spectrums, which makes chemical-physics analysis possible. But I've heard they made Naruto's chakra blue to stand out against his outfit, and the rest was streamlined/simplified I guess.

I always thought that Sakumo's white chakra was a power up for Kakashi

Konohamaru only knows sexy jutsu girl on girl version in the anime but in the manga he also knows sxey jutsu boy on boy version.
