even though I hate Tsunade, she is very underrated in fact!

she fodderized Oro, healed an entire village, reloaded the gokage with chakra, survived being sliced in half, trained skilled kunoichi such as Sakura and Shizune, fought Kabuto who was hyped to be close to base Kakashi level, was stated to be unmatched in the terms of battle skills, with Jmans help she defeated PRIME HIRUZEN! at the bell test (even though he was toying around) Tsunade was very young so this is a great feat.. she also healed Lee who was stated to be unable to recover... I believe someone who has feats like these is at least top15 or even top10

The only reason despite gender issues seems to be the fact that she's a close range fighter. People forget she's incredibly fast, has huge radius and can flip a persons entire nervous system with a tap- creating a huge opening, leaving nearly any ninja vulnerable.

Close range ninjas get underestimated on here, Hidan makes sense because he's not very fast/smart whereas Tsunahde is both of these things and thus people make constant threads that people severely below her level can one-shot her -.- (kimimaro, no-kamui kakashi & part 1 Sasuke are my personal favourites)

She probably has the most brute strength of anyone in the manga. She's able to heal herself at a rapid pace without using seals. And contrary to popular hater beliefs she's not that slow. This is only a list of people I think that could definitely defeat her. (Note: This list is NOT in any particular order).

That's only 10 people. I don't really see anyone else who would definitely take her out, so I'm not understanding why she can't atleast be top 15. The only other contenders I can think of are Kisame, Oro, Jiraiya, Hiruzen, Guy, Killer Bee or the other Gokage, but none of them I would consider to be definitely stronger than her. I think top 15 is fairly reasonable.

Even if you wouldn't consider her in your own personal top 15, she's good enough to be on the lower half of any top 15 list and it be acceptable. She's like the tank queen, she was cut in half and still breathing. She may not have anything to defeat some of the names mentioned, but very few of them have anything that would definitely take her out either

Medical ninjutsu isn't a skill here apparently or should i say a measure of power. I think overall skills assessed if people were to do so Tsunade would be higher. It's all about the battle skills though.

Doubt if people did consider her medic skills she would be considered top 10/15 logically though that would still not happen for her at least how i'm putting it together. Maybe.
