So after showing Doflamingo having awakened DF powers, we can assume that it's likely other high ranking DF users (a.k.a. Shichibukai, Admirals, Yonko) also have awakened Devil Fruit Powers. Some noteable people that are considered to have awakened DF powers are Kuzan (Aokiji) and Sakazuki (Akainu).
After this chapter, we are starting to see much more of the possibilities, not like the Awakened Zoan Users that are simply stronger and heal faster that we saw awhile back. Because of this revelation, I have even more respect for two people.
Garp and Shanks
These guys don't even have Devil Fruit powers, and they're considered the top level. (Unless Shanks does have a Devil Fruit Power now - He may have the Time Time Fruit, there's a theory on it, most of you should know, not the point though)
Shanks and Garp, being able to be considered probably the strongest within the world (They're like Top 10 for sure) without Devil Fruits, going up against crazy powers like the ones shown. I feel the Hype. God Oda, please make Shanks live up to the Hype
