I agree with this since he has shown greater dexterity stats than hers. But there isn't a huge gap between them in this department since she is in 3rd place and he is the 2nd.

Let me remind you that neither did Boruto. That's why he got his ass rek'd by Shikadai and resorted to cheating.
And I remember Boruto being at least able to dodge the regular shadow possession jutsu, and only got captured by the expanding shadow technique.
Same can't be said for Sarada who got captured along with nameless fodders.
How can you say that? She doesn't have enough screentime. Anyways, she's the one who saved Boruto's ass in the chunin exams and captured the flag, while he was cheating to win.
She hasn't even performed one ninjutsu ability.
Only shuriken jutsu. Obviously she becomes stronger in the Gaiden, but academy Sarada isn't that special.
Sarada has ended all of her fights with a single punch. Boruto got his ass rekt by Iwabe, if it wasn't for Inojin, he'd probably in the hospital by now.
I'm not really sure what fights you're referring to. She literally fought one shinobi in the Chunin Exams, who was a name-less fodder. Bunch of name-less fodders who easily get one shot aren't really that remarkable.
She hasn't fought actual competition like Iwabe, Shikadai, Boruto, Mitsuki, etc.
