If Obito is defeated, for sure he won't have chakra reserves. His hair turned white when he was about to 'revive' Madara some chapters ago, meaning if he stops being Jinchuuriki, he won't have any chakra to execute Izanagi.

You can't compare a chakra eating jutsu like rinnei tensei to Izanai, and you wouldn't think Izanagi takes much jutsu the way Danzo was spamming it.

- Fighting against 2 of strongest Konoha shinobi and the 2 strongest Jinchuuriki
- Controlling 5 Bijuu at same time while fighting Naruto
- Controlling the Juubi on its first stages
- Fighting against SA

If you think this doesn't suck any chakra, I would recommend you to read this Arc again. Obito was exhausted before becoming Jinchuuriki, and his chakra hasn't been replenished because he is not in good terms with any bijuu.

And also, his chakra would be depleted after having the bijuu extracted from him, he'll basically go the same way Kushina did, unless of course Kishi uses the infamous Plot No Jutsu
