Tobirama didn't use: FTG, even when he had opportunities to mark Hiruzen. Or his continuos exploding tags jutsu.

I'd assume minato would've been handicapped too, ie: No FTG or Rasengan nor would he have used KCM/BM. Probably just body flicker and kunai attacks.

Even at 25% Minatos FTG would still insta kill. People don't comprehend what FTG really does, and the only way to counter it is with Sage Mode & the Rinnegan combined.

Hey thats not fair you took all of Minato's power ;_;All he has is FTG, Summoning, Rasengan, and KCM/BM (Even though I do believe the KCM+BM would not be taken if he were revived at 25%, since it is dependent on Kurama, which would not have been restricted from the Edo Tensei, and if it was 25% Kurama is still a force to be reconed with since Minato has 50% already... nvm I just realized 25% of 50% is 12.5% of full Kyubi XD XD XD Fodder leveled Kyubi XD
