Well, Corc is pretty tough and Luffy had to be saved 3 times before he could beat up Croc(Even then I wouldn't call that a win)-Crocodile was the clean winner against Luffy in a 1vs 1 at that time.
Kid is really strong dont get me wrong but so is Croc and I'd imagine they both got stronger after the time skip. With feats alone, Croc takes this cause hes a logia with good mastery of his DF.

OT: Sir Crocodile will beat Kidd, Crocodile has been battling Haki-users better than Kidd and still manages to stand on top one way or another.

Kidd was given supernova statues, but Crocodile had been rewarded with Warlord statues.

He's not some weakling that got it revoked because he's a weakling (Moria).

Oda hadn't solidified Haki pre skip. Otherwise Croc would have haki, there's no way Croc was once sailing the New World and got Shichibukai status without haki. Lots of people didn't show Haki pre skip including Ace and Mihawk. They most likely have it but like I said Oda didn't solidify Haki.

The real problem here is in MF it was clear that Croc is no weakling and Luffy might have Croc's number but I think Croc wld survive much longer in the NW than MF Luffy and Oda agrees to this so I wld say just bfore tym skip Croc was stronger than all Supanova even Luffy but u know Luffy had Croc's weakeness, right now I guess it depands on what role Croc is gonna have in the story now coz the strenght Oda allows him is depandant on what he is gonna do, so if he is gonna go after Yonko too I wld say a small push above Kid. If we get his bounty then we wld know were Oda wants to place them coz in reality Kid's bounty right now is just for placement purposes and to give a tiny insight as to what he cld handle comparing it with that Luffy and Law can do so if say croc gets a 520mill bounty then I wld suppose that Oda means Croc is stronger. I know most wld say bounties represent threat lvl and Its tru but think about it Kidd is a supanova and yes very threatening but so is former Shichibukai plus lvl 6 escapee so they are to a degree similar in notoriety.
