It could go either way. I believe Doflamingo is stronger than current Luffy, but Luffy is strong enough to push him to high difficulty under normal means, but something will happen that will allow Luffy to win, growing to a new level where i think Kid is currently

Well Kid seems to be on par if not slightly stronger then luffy. And luffy is about to kick doffy's butt so im gona say kid extreme diff.

Doflamingo low difficulty Kid can't even get past the parasite affect.
Luffy wouldn't even push DD high difficulty considering Law can't even accomplish this feat. Also the something that will happen to help Luffy win is Sabo.

Gonna go with Mingo. His CoA seems stronger, Kidd doesn't seem like the CoO type and Mingo is REALLY fast, and he's got extremely versatile attacks.
I believe personality also plays a part in this. Kidds personality will be the downfall in this fight.

Mingo wins no doubt. Lol at anyone thinking Kid is stronger than Luffy let alone Mingo. They should be equal, Mingo still stronger than both too. I'm pretty sure Kidd progresses In power along with Luffy and Law, meaning that just because Kidd may be as strong as Luffy next arc doesn't mean he was stronger before.
