Alright well if you think about it The Eternal Tsukuyomi is a Massive Genjutsu, and if you think about how the Road to ninja movie played out, it was an "Alternate World." created by a miniature Eternal Tsukuyomi and this whole time they've been saying that the Eternal Tsukuyomi was going to put an end to the Shinobi world.
Now the end of the Shinobi world, is a world without Chakara, The Eternal Tsukuyomi is more than likely a "Alternate world without Chakara."
its been done before but the probability that Naruto and Team Seven are going to be able to do anything outside of Sasuke's Susano'o is Slim to none, and I don't see the Five Hokages ending the Genjutsu simply because you probably need to Kill Madara for it to be stopped from the outside of the Jutsu.
Now, If Team Seven gets stuck in the Eternal Tsukuyomi, I wouldn't be surprised if Naruto pulls a Neo and you know Breaks out of the fake world with the help of his friends, of course not after living a little while in The Eternal Tsukuyomi because it more than likely erases the memory of the Shinobi world and replaces it with memories of a world without Chakara.
It would make sense for Naruto to Live a life briefly in a world where he wasn't alone sraight from birth, a world where he wasn't a ninja, a world where he was just some normal teenager and then realise that, even though the world he lived in was seemingly perfect something was missing, something he felt, and those are the friends he made that for some reason aren't around, someone he needed to remember, that someone being Karuma, and the other Tailed Beasts. Then of course he realizes this and realizes nothing is real and like i said pulls a Neo, and wakes up, or has to like do something that would wake himself up, along with the others. That from a writers standpoints seems to be where the Manga is heading.
