Eternal Rinnegan Sharingan

I edited the picture from the manga where itachi was telling sasuke about madara and his eternal sharingan. We know that uchiha folks have that demon in them where there is place for 4 eyes.
As shown behind itachi, with only 2 eyes :

So the question is, if some kind of other eyes instead of sharingans were to be implanted, what would happend? would it work.

If it would work, the user would be overpowered, he would easily rule the world.

Its needs 2 MS users to get a EMS, you got 2 eyes, dont you, and you just implant someone elses 2 eyes into the 2 other sockets that is shown on the demon, that gives you EMS, but if you were to implant Rinnegans instead of 2 sharigans, what would happend then For example, kakashi doesnt have that demon, since hes not a uchiha, i think it thats why he isnt going blind.

Yea, i edited them, the were pretty much gray, so i put some color in it
