Is it possible for two brothers who have awakened the Mangekyo to transplant each others eyes when they both have lost their light or in other words, gone blind?

Ultimately, resulting in two brothers/siblings who both would have the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan?

no it is not possible as it was explaine to me the mangekyo demon had 4 eyes slots represeting all 4 eyes so basically u need to take all 4 eyes and fuse them together not jus switch them

so no u cant jus switch eyes

If all Uchiha's gained MS then the clan would literally wipe themselves out.

Which is why I would never want to be an Uchiha because I would always be watching my back to make sure my friends and family weren't trying to kill me lol.

Indeed they can,but Kishi knew it would have been too broken,so he had make this "artificial restrictions",as it would have ruined the rarity of the Mangekyou

Basically Itachi doesn't have any eyes anymore,Sasuke has Itachi's eyes transplanted on him.

For Itachi to have his Eien he would have to find the original set of Sasuke's eyes and transplant them in his and get it too.

But we all know what would happen if Kishi let the Uchia's do that,chaos chaos chaos.

You just think of it as many Madara's walking around in the same battlefield what happens?
