Sasuke awaits the inevitable transfer. Sitting with a jar, his hands bloodied, he was ready. Ready for what was to come. His body shook. Could he satisfy the insatiable void of power within him? He would soon find out.

"One...step..closer."

Lena was given a pretty big assignment for her first rodeo, though she was qualified now - it was still being thrown straight into the deep end. Oh well, what is the worse that could happen? The already blind man could go blind? HA. She walked by a familiar man and continued, before stopping in her tracks and rewinding to see that it was Sasuke Uchiha - Her Wood Sensei.

"SASUKE!? Oh Hey Sensei, you're a damn mess - what the hell have you be... Oh you're my patient."

Lena outstretched her arm whilst observing the man up and down, diagnosing him quickly before getting a closer look. He was clearly shaken and had been put through some trauma.

"Come in and take a seat on the bed. Jeez you look like you've been through hell. Please place your Jar on the side."

 

[Detective L]

Placing the jar on the side, Sasuke holds his hand over his eyes.

"You don't know..what I had to do to come here."

His hands shiver, as he awaits the one before him to do what is needed.

"Right. I'll proceed then. Be ready."

Lena gathers a bunch of extremely aggressive chakra and covers his body, mainly his hands with the ability to clean all harmful substances that will contaminate the surgery and cause infection to the patient. She also runs her hands over Sasuke afterwards as well, cleaning him of his bloody hands, dirty clothes and skin - focusing around the eyes. With her hands running across him she fully diagnoses him, he was fine and fit enough to proceed with surgery though mentally he might've been a problem. Anesthesia was going to be the best route.

She raises her right hand to head height, channelling it with pure ethereal chakra. A Snake is formed, ironically, it slithers around Lena's forearm and she lowers it towards Sasuke and it stretches out and bites him. The Snake unwraps from Lena's arm and instead wraps around Sasuke's.

"Surgery will start as soon as you faaaaall...." Sasuke would be put under at this point, "...asleep."

Lena's limbs then began to un-stitch themselves, threads leaked through the cracks between her skin. They wriggled towards Sasuke's head, different sections of threads acting to do different jobs such as holding his head steady. Another set moved towards his eyes, spreading his eyelids apart the dark threads move around the inside of the eye sockets carefully and with precision. The threads linked together at the back of the eye to get a perfect grasp of the eyes she shall be removing. This group of threads were ready, the next group had moved towards the Jar and grasped it, pulling it close towards Sasuke's head whilst also unscrewing the lid.

Her tendrils reach into the Jar and delicately take the eyes into her grasp, she brings the eyes over and begins the Forbidden Medical Implantation. The Mangekyou Sharingan both viable matches, using her chakra the surgery goes perfectly and the DNA's merge into a powerful and stronger version of the previous eyes. Eternally. After successfully performing the surgery on his eyes, she retracts her threads from Sasuke's face and back into her body. Lena finishes off by rebuilding the chakra pathways between Sasuke's eyes and the body to make sure and then soothes the patient's body with the Mystic Palm Technique. Lena then wraps his head and eyes in sterilised bandages, no need to summon them since the all the tools were at her disposal here.

Lena adjusted her Doctor's Coat and removes her disposable gloves and throws them into a bin. She then grabs a book she left on the side and sits on a seat next to Sasuke's bed, it'd be a few hours before he woke up again and she decided it best to keep an eye on him. And even after he'd woken up he'd need a few days to adjust and rest.

Description: The user will charge a special chakra into one of his hands manifesting it as an ethereal pure chakra familiar, resembling a snake. It will then bite the patient, injecting chakra into him. This chakra is designed to render a patient unconscious. The effect takes some time to establish and the patient needs to be still for it to be successful but is very useful to perform surgery, suturing wounds, setting bones straight, etc as it effectively sedates the patient and acts as a general anesthesia. While it can be used in battle, its almost impossible to do so because of the time it takes for the sedation to work and the need for the connection to remain intact until it does work.

Description: A simple technique designed solely to help rebuild and regenerate lost or destroyed chakra pathways. In essence, its a more advanced and highly specific form of Mystical Palm in which the user will focus large amounts of chakra (orange in color) on his palms and, through it, helps rebuild chakra pathways on a patient. This technique, despite being Medical in nature, actually has a very strong Yang component. The user needs to visualize the chakra pathway and will it to regenerate back to its former form. The technique is very hard to use, requires lots of concentration and focus, consumes a lot of chakra and takes a lot of time. To rebuild the chakra pathways in an area like the patients hand, the user will take 3 or 4 turns of continous use. This technique cannot be used to heal the damage of the last of the Eight Inner Gates nor destroyed Tenketsu.

Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or remove with poisons or toxins, though it can heal damage by them. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal, he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for x amount of damage the user needs to spend 2x amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant.

As a deep slumber overcomes him, Sasuke falls deep into a dark and surreal dream. There, he sees his family. His old life. His brother. Suddenly, it all withers away and he stands alone. The Uchiha crest rises before him and two large eyes behind them. His initial three tomoe Sharingan. Suddenly, they start spinning and reveal their new form. Shocked, Sasuke awakes. His body sweating and his eyes closed with what seems to be a bandage. He required rest, it seems. His body was weak but he could feel it. Coursing through his body, the power of his newly attained eyes. Laying back down, Sasuke dwindled back into an unknown dream.

Lena's head shoots towards Sasuke as he wakes up, interrupted from her book she closes it with a sigh and slowly stands up. She looks at him, make sure there was nothing abnormal and then addresses him.

"How are you fe..."

before she could even finish asking her question the man had fallen back down and was asleep. She blinked a couple of times and then a smile grew on her face. He was all tuckered out, but she assumed her work here was done - placing a hand on Sasuke's head she diagnosed him again. All fine. She nodded to herself and gave him some space, walking out of the surgery room.

"Congratulations Sasuke Uchiha."
