i believe every MS ability can become infinite like Tsukuyomi,
In order for every/any MS ability to go into a eternal/infinite lvl , one must first have the full charka lvl derived from the god tree and become the 10Ts jin. next depends on the type of MS ability the user chooses to cast.
MS ability are split into two sections 1. the Moon/the left eye (abilities similar to gen-jutsu/mental ex.Tsukuyomi,Kotoamatsukami ) or 2. the Sun. the right (physical abilities Amaterasu, kami). i say this because
base on the tech , that tech would need either the moon or the sun (around the times (11-3 at night/day time, in the right time zone the user is in) present when the ability is casting. EX tsukuyomi would need the moon to reflect the light of the eternal, one that shines brighter than the sun.
the tsukuyomi branch belongs to itachi and his relative alone
with this in mind the uchiha can be catergoized into branches A.B, and C. itachi/sasuke/madara from the A branch, shishiu and Kagami are from the B branch and, obito is C branch.
same should apply to any MS ability that would fall into the moon category
NOW FOR SOME real FAN -FICTION
i think the A branch that can use tsukuyomi could also cast a ETERNAL AMATERASU but would need the sun, the path in which one has decided to end the world burning , to reset earth to nothing to molten lava all of life down to zero,only until then does the jutsu cancel. a piece of evidence is
i used this as an example because i believe this lava world was once a earth like planet, kaguya used/lived in.
Now the C branch in the uchiha that can use KAMI(which has two very similar but different left/right eye abiility) , kami can be passive or projected and is a almost a 2 in one ability. one that can either create the moon size black hole(of course using the moon and the left eye's ability(kakashi)) or have the ability to make the whole planet intangible/teleports the earth from giant metors or some shit (cuz of madara bring the Meteor Rain Storm

Now the only B branch of uchiha we get is are the ones who can use kotoamatsukami. this branches left eye is kotoamatsukami

, sounds like a short range puppeteer, hes able to sway the tides in his favor without eye contact.
this branches left eye Infinite ability is 'total mind rewrite' , the right eye Infinite ability is total ninja control.
Above all those is the SUSANOOO
not even BZ knew if it was the rinnigan or the susanoo untill
SUSANOO is the only share ability the whole uchiha family tree has. You need the two of the OG eyes and OG bearers charka to awake the inner avatar into reality. PS can prolly negate any infinite/eternal MS ability.
I made this thread cuz the uchiha where the clan that had the end/fate of the world at the palm of their hands. feared cause they had the potential to change the world for good to bad in a heart beat or via versa. a power only re-severed for true gods.
