Honestly I would have to belive that tobi is super strong from the manga I just read naruto gets power from all bijuu and tobi states that this changes nothing and claims he knows the limits of naruto's power to which he would not even have to sweat against an opponent like him.currently on the battlefield is Tobi and gedo vs naruto which I belive naruto could easily win but I could be wrong.I have never seen tobi with ms much less ems and claims he can take on naruto
is he nuts or does he have a backup plan?:shrug:

Tobi did have all the tail beasts under his contol including kurama which makes him knows what there limits are and what they are capable of doing
