This thread shall simply show the less perfect than I members of NarutoBase why Hiruzen is capable of defeating one of the weaker Akatsuki known as "Sasori Of The Red Sand". Now, I would request that all of you whelps read this thread thoroughly before commenting. It's rare to see perfection such as this in ones life time.
We've seen that this is the default puppet of choice for Sasori. It serves as to protect Sasori's main body from any dangerous attacks. A barrier or shield, if you will. But we have seen one flaw in it. It can't defend against a mulititude of attacks at once. As Chiyo herself has demonstrated.
This weakness can be easily exploited by Hiruzen with his fabled and legendary technique. The Shadow Shuriken jutsu. This technique is both far more numerous in the amount of shurkien it can produce, but each individual is of incredible size.
After using this technique, Hiruko is now likely to be spotting some significant damage and Sasori himself a bit dazed as he attempts to straighten himself out and focus on what parts of his most commonly used puppet is harmed. While this is going on, Hiruzen has already summoned Enma and now is crashing down ontop of Hiruko delivering the final blow to the puppet. A swing of this was capable of destroying a massive branch of the Shinju. Hiruko will not make it, especially after being assaulted by the shuriken.
Now, to counter the pathetic attacks that the puppet Hiruko is capable of. Senbon dosed in poison is the main attack, so it seems. But this will not be capable of catching a shinobi is nimble as Hiruzen. Someone who nearly dodged an incredibly fast attack from V1 Juubito. The only slight danger here is the exploding grenade full of senbon. But once more, a shinobi of Sakura's caliber avoided any damage.
Hiruzen's shown the skills to, with minimal effort, put up an Earth wall as a last ditch effort against Sasori's poison senbon if he doesn't physically avoid it in time.
Arguably the strongest puppet that Sasori has, this will be the only real challenge for Hiruzen in this fight. By this time Sasori has barely managed to escape death at the hands of Enma and Hiruzen when Hiruko is crushed and he is now showcasing his iron sand. This jutsu won't be too deadly for Hiruzen, as he possesses the means to avoid and eventually cut the strings that connect Sasori to The Third Kazekage.
With the use of Shadow Clones and mimics of Enma, thanks to the previously mentioned jutsu. Hiruzen can now put together an effective defense against the Iron Sand. With the use of the
The end result is that either Sasori's body is damaged and is forced to repair, leaving the Third Kazekage open for a strike from the real Hiruzen and Enma. Or, the strings are cut in an effort to save the main body. Which the real Hiruzen once more strikes at with Enma and shatters.
At this stage in the battle, Sasori is now left with his weaker puppets that he can't use to their fullest potential while controlling all of them. And any individual puppet lacks the power to defeat Hiruzen. Now, Hiruzen is faced with this massive army of puppets.
This may at first look intimidating, but to a shinobi of Hiruzen's caliber it's nothing to him. He shall first and foremost with his remaining shadow clone (Assuming one is destroyed in the previous clash) make use of the Nara family's special jutsu. Shadow possession. While some might try to argue that Hiruzen does not have this jutsu. It was actually confirmed that any jutsu in Konoha, Hiruzen knows.

with two other shadow clones to form an effective barrier against the first onslaught of Iron Sand. As the Iron Sand breaks the walls (Arguable on the first strike), the shadow clones of Hiruzen will be moving out to flank Sasori. One will strike at the main body with a mimic of Enma, while the other attacks the strings the puppet has.
