I'm here to explain why Whis is one of the strongest characters created in all of fiction thus far.

We know literally nothing about this mysterious character but from what i've saw from the Movie, i'll explain why he is one of the strongest fictional characters.



Bills states that Whis is his teacher.

Bills hand is placed on the back of Whis when both of them are traveling way beyond the speed of light. This could mean that Whis is the one that's truly way beyond the speed of light but it's just speculation.

incredibly skilled in the use of illusions, can communicate with the "God's" to cast ancient spells some of which includes petrification magic, conjuring a bow and arrow that fires compressed magical energy and forcing opponents to obey him or they are turned into a toad, can create inert atmospheres (vacuum), can induce nuclear fission,

And he isn't even top 10 in anime let alone fiction

1. all you did was show whis was strong for his own verse's standards. you should be trying to bring up other fictional characters and explaining how in the hell whis defeats them.
2. you didnt give links or facts regarding other verses and their characters. showing your knwoledge is really quite limited.
3. kami tenchi can end his existence with a thought.
4. whis wasnt the strongest ki goku's ever felt. and yes gt is relevant here because you have failed to set any rules or standards yourself nor has bird studios or toei confirmed its non canonicity.
5. going massively FTL really isnt all that great. dozens of characters can do this.
