Kakashi would never get close enough to tsunade to used raikiri, and only a moron can actually believe kakashi could cut Tsunade in half with any jutsu he has.Saying kakashi is smarter is also a joke, Tsunade and kakashihad the same intelligence score in the last databook, but moreso then that, she lived like 20 more years than kakashi, has far superior battle experience and feats of intellect.Lastly, kakashi speed is meaningless in a battle with Tsunade.If we are talking about Gai it would be a different story, but kakashi speed is the same as Orochimaru's and Tsunade didn't have a hard time hitting him.
Tsunade wins mid difficulty. Decapitating someone isn't all that easy especially when Kakashi with the sharingan has had trouble killing his opponents via Raikiri blitz let alone decapitating someone without the sharingan.
Tsunade isn't getting paralysed with mere raiton because she can control the nervous system's electrical synopsis and Sasuke managed to resist paralysis due to his raiton affinity. Tsunade isn't a raiton specialist but her being able to convert her chakra into electricity for the purposes of accurately disrupting the nervous system means she has the medical expertise in resisting paralysis. Kakashi's suiton is tanked with ease and the knockback from suiton is useless when Tsunade can put chakra in her feat.

If Katsuyu is summoned, Kakashi is screwed because even though raiton is dangerous for the slug, it can split many times so Kakashi can't take them all out. Furthermore, Tsunade can just intercept any raiton that Kakashi decides to throw at Katsuyu or she can simply heal Katsuyu since the two of them have a link which allows Tsunade to transfer her medical ninjutsu to Katsuyu.
Sharingan doesn't create jutsus. He can use all those jutsus with or without sharingan and he bested Kabuto without Sharingan in 2panels, same Kabuto who almost bested Tsunade

Wow these are terrible reasons. The 1st one is purely fabricated. Jiraya never said Kaskashi was a better choice. Infact he implied Tsunade is the strongest person the village can have besides him. Jiraya never bothered to ask Kakashi as well.
As for the sand you couldn't be more wrong. The sand hate Tsunade because she was the reason Konoha could counter all their poisen. They hate her from the war era. This is an actual testament for her strength. As for Kakashi beating her with no sharigan that is purely laughable. Kakashi almost lost to Zabuza without it. Im calling bullshit. Tsunade wouldve been a shoe in if she hadnt left the village. Kakashi is elite no doubt but Tsunade is too much for him to handle 1 v 1. She's got more chakra, speed, strength, stamina, and regen. I dont think he could beat her even with the sharingan.
Only reason Tsunade is even Hokage is because age is a critera in the Hokage post. We've seen the council member hesitating to give him the post simply because he was too young

He bested part1 Kabuto in 2panels when Tsunade was close to outmatched by the same Kabuto, so even without Sharingan, Kakashi is faster and better in taijutsu
Being nominated for Hokage doesn't mean you're Kage level, well unless you're saying Hiruzen was kage level when he was made Hokage and he was at a younger age than Minato. Kakashi was a jounin before he go the Sharingan and he's still on a jounin level without it, not much about him has changed except that he's gotten wiser, more experience, better annalistic skills improved his base stats a bit. No Sharingan leaves Kakashi with Summoning jutsu, substitution, shadow clone, release of genjutsu, and some doton jutsus. His most used element is his lightning and water jutsus but all of his water jutsus are used with his sharingan so this limits his jutsus and it makes his analyzing worst than before since the Sharingan aid him with that.
Tsunade skills, experience and power are fall above Kakashi's, Kabuto who was said to be on Kakashi's level had to use mental mind games to take on Tsunade but she got over her fear of blood. We see Shizune use poison smoke on Kabuto, she's Tsunade's student who taught her all about medical jutsus, poison and antidotes. She can become a near unkillable beast with her Yin seal as well. Kakashi is known mostly for his Sharingan, he's called the copy ninja and his best/most used jutsus needs the Sharingan to be used. What does Kakashi really have to put him on Kage level? He would still be at Jounin level overall

Again, you are comparing war arc Kakashi to a 13 year old Kakashi. He can use it effectively. It's second nature for him to use that tech since he's used it for almost 20 years. He doesn't need the sharingan to use it to it's full potential anymore. You are the noob, good ma'am.
