I'm going to start this off with a controversial statement.
Naruto is stronger and faster than Sasuke, MPH wise.
I'm covering five grounds.
Speed, CQC, Intelligence, Ninjutsu, and Stamina.
Speed
Naruto is undoubtedly faster in raw speed, and reactions. Though not by an extreme margin, Naruto just has a body on steroids, and not one is going to outrun him. But there is compensation, and not how you would think.
Sasuke's greatest skill, even over Ameno, is his dexterity. Similar to the principles of chakra control is dexterity. Naruto has more speed, but uses it less effectively.
Sasuke wastes no time in moving, and moves very fluidly, and gracefully, allowing him less time wasted. This is why he can match Naruto in speed. Paired with his Space Time, he can get from Point A to Point B before Naruto, and Fight at the Same speed, but Naruto's immense speed makes up for it.
Speed: NARUTO=SASUKE
Close Quarters Combat
They have very different techniques. Naruto aims to overpower the opponent with overwhelming brute force and Sheer strength. He has 1000s of Shadow Clones, Frog Kata, Sensing, and enhanced strength.
Sasuke aims to outmaneuver his opponent by outclassing them in Skill, and deter them. He has access to Ribcage Susanoo, His Chidori Variants, the Asura, Preta, and, Human Paths, his Katana, precog, and in a pinch, Deva.
Sasuke and Naruto match where, Sensing and Sharingan deadlock, the Six Paths amount to enough to handle shadow clones, and the Katana and Chidori settle with the enhanced strength. Due to Raitons numbing properties, and Susanoo defense, Naruto's superior reactions are matched.
CQC: Naruto=Sasuke
Intelligence
Honestly, This one Is unavoidable. It has to go to Sasuke. As Battle Adept as Naruto is, this has always been Sasuke's field.
Intelligence: Sasuke > Naruto
Ninjutsu
Naruto is Absolutely Stronger in this Department, but lacks Versatility. Does he have the power to destroy a mountain? Yes. The thing that Makes Sasuke equal to him is, Sasuke has 10 different ways to destroy said mountain.
PS and Avatar aside, Naruto is absolutely more powerful in this regard, except where they stalemate defensively. BTW I'm not factoring in Bijuu PS. Naruto is about twice as Destructive as Sasuke. However, Sasuke can absorb, burn, electrocute, cut, smash, and shoot, making him about three times as versatile as Naruto. Destruction is a huge factor, but the amount of jutsu you have affects your ability to counter the opponent. And since Sasuke is no slouch is the Destructive department, now that he has the Six paths, his unique abilities make him extremely useful.
Ninjutsu: Sasuke>=<Naruto due to one majorly outclassing the other in certain areas.
Stamina/Chakra
Now most people would say it is obvious Naruto takes the cake here, and he does, however, the gap isn't as large as previously, due to the preta path. It allows Sasuke to benefit from the style of his opponents but against an opponent who isn't very susceptible to Absorption, I.e. a puppet user, Naruto would start off with more chakra, and though Sasuke does have more potent chakra, Naruto has a beast inside of him creating chakra that is nearly as potent, as well as Hagoromos physical energy.
Stamina: Naruto>Sasuke
