In all honesty, countering 's techniques won't be hard for someone like Nagato and I'll prove that by starting off with Nagato's counter to the Rariatto. As we know Rariatto was able to rip open both Sasuke's and Kisame's chests. [
Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu or Sumi Clouds won't be able to do anything against Nagato mainly due to Shinra Tensei which would blow away the Sumi Bunshin or the Sumi Cloud with ease. [
The only thing that base Bī has in his arsenal that could possibly hurt Nagato is his Kenjutsu mastery. [
Since Bī can't hurt Nagato in his base form, he will be forced to change into his Gyūki Bijū Mōdo. While in that form, Bī could try to hurt Nagato with his Bijū Hachimaki technique, however that won't work on Nagato because of two reasons. Not only can he fly so he won't be caught in it, he could also use a big Shinra Tensei to blow away Bī and seperate himself from him. [
All in all, Nagato will counter every last one of Bī's techniques.

] Now before anyone says how Bī could try to use the Sumi Bunshin or the Sumi Cloud on Nagato in order to sneak up on him and deal him a blow that would kill him, but that's basically impossible for two reasons. First of all, Nagato and his summons share their field of vision [

] He already countered Bī's sneak up attack once with this tactic. [

] And to ruin Bī's small chance of pulling off a sneak attack, Nagato is a sensor as noted when Itachi said that Nagato is able to sense other people's Chakra so he'll simply sense Bī's Chakra just like Kisame did and counter his attack. [

] Bī's only chance would be throwing the swords at Nagato, but all Nagato has to do is use his Chikushōdō Panda to block them. [

] Basically Bī will have to rely on Samehada which Nagato can end rather quickly. All he has to do is use Banshō Ten'in to pull Samehada away from Bī's grasp and while it's flying towards him, he needs to kill it with Shuradō Rockets. [

] It's that simple.Since Bī can't hurt Nagato in his base form, he will be forced to change into his Gyūki Bijū Mōdo. While in that form, Bī could try to hurt Nagato with his Bijū Hachimaki technique, however that won't work on Nagato because of two reasons. ] With Bijū Hachimaki being unable to kill off Nagato, the only option left is the Bijūdama which can be countered in several ways;- Breaking Bī's focus would be one of those ways. As we know, Bī needs to focus in order to charge up a Bijūdama since he needs a 8:2 ratio. [
You must be registered for see links] In the manga, we have seen that Bī was concentrating while making a Bijūdama. [You must be registered for see links] Some could say that Bī could just blast off multiple Bijūdama just like he did in the manga, but even when he did that, he needed to concentrate in order to make those Bijūdama before blasting them off. [You must be registered for see links] Since Bī needs time to charge up a Bijūdama, all Nagato has to do is use his Banshō Ten'in to pull away the Bijūdama from Bī while he is still making it and then it will explode. [You must be registered for see links] Or Nagato could simply drop a giant boulder on him while he is charging it up just like he did to Kurama. [You must be registered for see links] And of course Shuradō Cannon can be used here as well.
- Blowing away the Bijūdama would be the second way of countering it. We have seen in the manga that Naruto countered the multiple Bijūdama by blowing them away with his Chakra Tail. [

- Absorption would be the third and last way Nagato has of countering the Bijūdama. Nagato can absorb any Ninjutsu that comes into contact with his Gakidō orb. [
You must be registered for see links] It probably will take a little more time than usually to asborb the Bijūdama, but Nagato can use his Chikushōdō Animals to buy him time just like against Jiraiya. [You must be registered for see links]
All in all, Nagato will counter every last one of Bī's techniques.

Killing Bī won't be hard for Nagato if Bī is in his base form. A simple Shuradō Cannon will take care of him in his base form since it was able to destroy buildings. [
Of course, to avoid being killed by this, all Bī has to do is enter his Gyūki Bijū Mōdo. However, then he would be an even easier target for Nagato due to the fact that he would be big and not very fast. Nagato can simply make his Chikushōdō Animals attack Bī. He has Chikushōdō Cerberus which will multiply every time Bī hits them just like they did against Jiraiya. [
To make things even worse for Bī, the Cerberus Dogs aren't Nagato's only summonings. He has more Chikushōdō summonings such as the Rhino, Bird, Ox and the Centipede. The Rhino and the Bird can be used to pierce Bī and as we have seen, Bī doesn't deal well with piercing attacks. [
If Nagato wants to end this quickly, all he has to do is summon the Gedō Mazō and then he can simply use the Chakra Dragon to take away Bī's soul [

To make things even worse for Bī, the Cerberus Dogs aren't Nagato's only summonings. He has more Chikushōdō summonings such as the Rhino, Bird, Ox and the Centipede.
