Establishing why MS Kakashi is immune to tsukuyomi

Um, no. Kakashi is not a skilled user of the Sharingan, just a non-Uchiha doing his best. In order to use the Sharingan at its full potential you need to have the strong Yin affinity that comes from the Uchiha body. This was the reason Orochimaru didn't simply take Kakashi's Sharingan...And the reason Danzo didn't master Izanagi.

What actually happened is that both of Obito's Sharingan were connected as seen how Obito could see what Kakashi was doing. When Obito saw Rin's death, he activated the Mangekyo for both Sharingan. Hence why Kakashi dumbed out and didn't have any recollection of it...It was Obito's loss that triggered it as pointed out how the Sharingan works by Tobirama.

I think Sasuke actually broke out without Itachi's help. Itachi had no intent to kill Sasuke though, thats a given.

Flawed. Since in fact, Sasuke broke Tsukuyomi with his 3 Tomoe Sharingan. Kakashi didn't. The difference between them is the Uchiha blood. A non Uchiha obviously won't reach the same skillfulness with the Sharingan which an Uchiha can reach.

And Itachi of course knew that Sasuke would've broken his Tsukuyomi, or else he wouldn't have cast it. It was a fight faked by Itachi, so Sasuke would consider his victory fair. So Itachi would've cast a Genjutsu which Sasuke can't break, in order to dissolve it by himself and let Sasuke win, despite he intended to fake his defeat?

2) The translation of Itachi saying that you couldn't cast Genjutsu on someone who possesses the same eyes is also flawed, since in fact, Genjutsu were cast against someone with the same eyes already. The original translation says that you couldn't cast a Genjutsu via eye sight against someone who uses Izanagi, as he loses his eye sight, thus, Izanami would affect you apart from your 5 senses.

Itachi did not consider a non Uchiha to awake the Mangekyo Sharingan, but he knew Danzo, so he could consider a non Uchiha to obtain the Mangekyo by other means.

We know that statements from the Manga hold more weight than the Databook, as the Databook is less accurate and has a hyperbolic phrase.

Itachi clearly said, that you need the Sharingan and Uchiha blood to break Tsukuyomi, not the Mangekyo Sharingan. Kakashi had the Sharingan but no Uchiha blood and couldn't break Tsukuyomi; Sasuke had the Sharingan and Uchiha blood and did break Tsukuyomi. And the Databook btw. also speaks about skillfulness with the Sharingan, not the Mangekyo Sharingan, despite the Mangekyo Sharingan was already introduced in the Databook and Manga.

To put it in a nutshell, all I read here was mere speculation and interpretation, which source is bias. Sasuke broke Tsukuyomi without the MS and Kakashi didn't, when the only difference was their blood. Period. Fact.
