Establishing why MS Kakashi is immune to tsukuyomi

Notice in the databook of Tsukuyomi it says that Sharingan users who reached a high degree of skilfulness can defeat Tsukuyomi

Now i know that Itachi said you need Sharingan+Uchiha blood, but i'll explain why below

How to counter Tsukuyomi(MS)

Like i've said above, Itachi did say someone with Sharingan+Uchiha blood can defeat his Tsukuyomi

Problem however is that Hebi Sasuke(a Sharingan user+Uchiha blood) showed a particular great degree of skilfulness with his Sharingan to the point of matching points by points Itachi with his illusions, yet Itachi still thought he couldn't counter his Tsukuyomi

Why is that? Because he lacked the Mangekyou Sharingan. According to Itachi, Sasuke had no hope to break his Tsukuyomi without the Mangekyou

This actually means the high degree of skilfulness described by the databook should be the Mangekyou Sharingan control

You can even notice that later on he said as well that eye techniques don't work against people with similar eyes

3- Only Rinnegan can counter Rinnengan

Infact even in part1, he was surprised to see a non-Uchiha(without Uchiha blood) could use the Sharingan to such an extent

It's for that reason he said only a Sharingan user with Uchiha blood can defeat his Tsukuyomi, because it's only Sharingan users with Uchiha blood who can handle the Mangekyou, something Itachi didn't think was possible by a non-Uchiha, something he was sure to be only possessed by 2 of them

So a Kakashi possessing a mangekyou Sharingan he mastered to such an extent he could trump even another MS user in his own usage should be capable to break another Mangekyou Illusion(Tsukuyomi)

There is no proof of this.
Itachi hit Sasuke with his Amaterasu and when it looked like he was incapacitated, he walked over to him.
He could of very well tried to incapacitate Sasuke with his Tsukiyomi.

Its possible. The mangekyou increased Sasuke's genjutsu ability as well without outright giving him a technique like tsukuyomi so its possible that Kakashi's MS gave him enhanced genjutsu resistance/ability too

He matched Obito in genjutsu who can control Perfect Jinchurkis. It shows his level of mastery. Obviously i'm talking about a Kakashi mastering his ms, not the half-assed Kakashi from beginning of Shippuden U_U

Itachi couldn't use his MS at that point but it doesn't matter, the same principle applies. Itachi doesn't have the ability to distinguish clones or outright know where Kakashi will come out of the ground,

Some people downplay that because it was a 30% chakra clone because apparently chakra is related to intelligence as well XD

Slightly off-topic, Kakashi matched Itachi in taijutsu in their encounter as well U_U

But he's still missing the Uchiha Blood. Yes we understand he trained his Sharingan to a great extend BUT he stated that Tsukuyomi can only be broken by someone possessing the same blood as him. Kakashi do not have the same blood as Itachi.

The Blood thing is what allows Uchihas to awaken the MS. Itachi didn't think it was possible for a non-Uchiha

Obito wasn't trying to subdo kakashi with genjutsu he was setting up for kakashi to strike his curse n remove the seal.
