Quick note, the 4th and 2nd used Hariashin to take the 3rd and 1st to the battlefield, so they appeared roughly at the same time. I doubt personal speed has anything to do with it.

i doubt it. why did tobirama say that the shunshin(footspeed) was better if they used FTG?
