Establishing why Edo Minato is in KCM, not BM...

It's KCM, but the seal is in a slightly different shape. Naruto's KCM and Minato's KCM are similar but slightly different. There are things that can only go as far as to being similar, not exactly the same. Susanoo is a pretty damn good example of that concept.

but when naruto was training wit bee he didnt had that split eye after he had taken the kuubi chacra, and if i recall properly the split eye took place when kuruma was in charge during the bijuus battle.
still i do not know if minato is in bm or km r8 now.

Also entering the KCM does not need training, the only requirement for it is Minato's seal, the Key for the seal, and Kurama's uninfluenced chakra, the rest is as easy as unlocking a door.

Naruto had diffuculty attaining KCM because first, he had with him Kurama's consciousness, because of that he can't fully unlock the seal or else Kurama would take over him.
Second, he had to wrestle with Kurama to get a portion of his chakra and put it on a place where Kurama can't manifest his will.
Minato didn't have these restrictions on him that's why he can access KCM. He had Kurama's chakra not his will.
