Sasuke cutting Madara in half wasn't a blitz he was able to speak a sentence and saw Sasuke coming so that wasn't a blitz especially when Sasuke tried that again two chapter later and Madara blocks it. The only time he was blitzed was when he used Teleportation.

Funny but your first premise is ultimately wrong. I mean Kaguya wasn't attacking Kakashi but it was Kakashi who came in line of her attack covering Naruto and Sasuke who were her aims from the begining.

Space Time Ninjutsu ghost mode > Kaguya's speed -> truth and it was impressive but he just phased through bones.
Then he just played smart and used Kaguya's full speed comming at him to his own gain by just falling down and hitting her. She was clueless about not hitting him while she was very close to him and was moving very fast and Kakashi just smartly as always use this advantage to pierce her.

Sasuke was in much worse condition as first gravity was still affecting him also. Kaguya was staying in place when Sasuke attacked and we know Space Time Ninjutsu doesn't do everything for you if you can not attack fast enough after just appearing and that why Kaguya escaped him by switching to another dimenssion so using Space Time Ninjutsu against Sasuke's movement.

5- After closing the portal, Sasuke uses his S/T jutsu to switch with the damaged clone and continue the combo attack with the original Naruto:

Yeah. Hagoromo acknowldged Kakashi's battle smartness which is most likely above Hagoromo. Hagoromo praised Kakashi;s skills in that and the way he used Naruto and Sasuke's skills to best Kaguya. However Hagoromo has never stated Kakashi is greater then him, or doing all stuff or even having advantage over Kaguya which is logically impossible.

^^ Post whole speech where Hagoromo was adressing Kakashi. He only admited that without Kakashi it could be probably impossible to seal mother. However After Kakashi declines hagoromo's praise on him, Hagoromo didn't argue him but instead just confirm it and specify kakashi's great leadership skills which in compare to his power AND USING NARUTO AND SASUKE IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE gave them victory. It is no hard to read, I think.

Sasuke never used shunshin he is using S/T so after teleporting he still needs to attack (move his body). Kakashi used shunshin which means he covered distance and while covering distance he performed attack (moved his body) .
