Establishing what Obito after death was a one time deal.

OK, basically quite a few people are pondering whether Obito can travel from the afterlife to the land of the living.
I believe what he did was just a one time thing and let me show you why.

So circled in red is Obito's REMAINS and circled in blue is his remaining chakra leaving the remains and entering Kakashi's subconscious. What i'm trying to get at is I think the only way he could do this would be for a part of him to probably be near or come in contact with Kakashi (like how hashirama touched Madara's lower half.)
