Uzumaki's don't die from having bjuu extracted from them because they have a large life-force. We know this because Naruto's mum had Kurama extracted from her and she didn't die from that, rather she was pierced by Kurama's claw.

Perhaps the hint was of similar gazes.


The analysis is nice and possible, however it is more probable that he will just wake up rather than find new powers, why wake up? Because main characters dont die apparently.
