How would you establish true peace if you were a shinobi in Naruto?

What clan would you be of? What powers would you have to establish this peace?

Use dojutsu to locate remaining terrorist organizations and kill/imprison them. Use Mokuton and RSM to give every village the resources they lack, and then promote arts, music and technological advancement when Kages have nothing to complain about

True peace isn't possible.

Peace is the same as praying. As long as people try to strive for it there will be a balance between the chaos and peace. Or at the very least, places were chaos isn't as prevalent.

Show them peace that they can emulate in their lives. Then give each and every ninja a chance to let them be in peace. Then they can get back to doing ninja stuff, if they want. Some won't after experiencing peace.

Take out the village system and make being a shinobi a universal system kinda like the Jedi in Star Wars where they back no village specifically but work for the good of the world

Because it is impossible to control the will of everyone and there will always be people who do not want peace.

Uchiha clan and I would create an open village and have a 24/7 ninja fighting arena. Kinda create the "hunter association" from hunter x hunter.

This way ninjas would help each other become stronger and be all friendly to each other too at the same time.

How I would achieve it: I would aim for the Hokage seat, so then I can have influence on the other villages. I would have pets like Itachi Uchiha to clean my problems if they arose to threaten my plans.

What clan would I wish to belong to? That wouldn't be an issue. I would only require the Nara Clan's wits. If I have as much and I'm not lazy it shouldn't be an issue reaching Kage-level power and getting the village's acknowledgement.

That's easy. Have the Uchiha and Senju clan under my influence. I'd also need to have the Sharingan, just in case I need to manipulate the other Kage's - I guess I'd have to be born in the Uchiha clan

If we are speaking about peace in sense everyone world doing right thing not wronging others that's impossible, but we can have periods of great peace based on just rulership so no one feels wronged and everyone comes to an agreement not to fight. I believe that's possible.

But since we are talking naruto rules I would take narutos path.

Because peace is not a physical object that you can obtain the real one and keep it secure. It's a status that needs to be maintained regularly and actively.

I'd encourage each village to not be a puppet to the feudal lords's ambitions and work for the greater good of the world as a whole by cooperating with each other. I'll create the Gokage council to take the decisions with every village's interests taken into consideration.

Sounds very dodgy if you ask me, especially when my opponent is black zetsu. But it depends on the era.

If it was under the second SWW, then i probably would have followed the leadership of Rikuzen, sarutobi clan had a good influence so i start by exterminating other hostile clans.
