On what do you base this statement? You can't compare an exhausted, crippled Nagato to an original user like Madara or Sasuke.

Please use your brain. Don't ignore the reason why Nagato couldn't pull it out. Itachi and Bee interfered and attacked Nagato, without them, KCM Naruto would be dead too. Keep your fanfiction in your diary please.

Rinne Genjutsu- Jin of all bijuu

On what do you base this? The Rinnegan genjutsu is on a whole different level than a silly Sharingan technique. You don't know if it could affect Naruto and all the bijuu inside him. Also Naruto does not have to stay in the Genjutsu for long, a couple of seconds are enough for Sasuke to teleport behind Naruto and behead him.

Also, Kuro Zetsu implied that only a Rinnegan can counter a Rinnegan genjutsu. So there is more reason to believe that than comparing it to a simple Sharingan technique.
