Google translate now allows you to copy and past a URL and it will translate the entire page. However its probably not great, and the downside is that it only translates that page, so its not very practical on a forum because you would have to keep posting the url for every page you visit.

also you could look for chinese fansites on the internet(you would want to google search in chinese)
