That's fake bro, the faces of Naruto and Sasuke aren't drawn to Kishi's style. Also, this makes no sense to me because Naruto wishes to honor Itachi's wishes to protect the village and Sasuke. With Sasuke wanting to protect the village, Naruto has no reason to fight Sasuke so soon
