Yes, Orochimaru is alive in Kabuto, and ready to take over.
Also, a white snake escaped from Susanoo's genjutsu, so it could have survived if it escaped from Amaterasu, but it's pretty unclear, at this point.

As you can see after the battle of itachi and sasuke..oro was been removed from sasuke's body thus showing his true form..after the fight it was also shown that oro was been struck by the sword of genjutsu..even after the fight it also shows that a white snake has been burned by amaterasu and died..

presuming that oro's dead..his cells is pretty much alive deep inside kabuto's
