So she can rewind humans through touch to the state of nonexistence. That's actually a really cool but broken quirk. That makes me think that the quirk erasing bullets made from her blood can erase your quirk from existence then.

Also just my opinion I don't think she will be able to rewind something her blood already erased. Miro's quirk is gone nonexistent even. Through research of her blood and power they might do in the future but not anytime soon in the series. I mean she doesn't understand or control her quirk yet.
