Eren x Mikasa (Warning Manga only)

I support this pairing the most out of AOT and for the one's who think she's Eren's sister she was adopted into his family.. anyways did this chapter just confirm their pairing?
Saw this post on Tumblr It going to be a wall of text just saying but skim through it.
It sums up some of what I thought

Person asking question:"So if you would like to explain what is this whole thing about Eren and Mikasa becoming "canon" ? please"

Person answering: "So in the middle of chapter 50 Eren and Mikasa were sitting in the middle of a ****ing battlefield surrounded by Titans, and basically Mikasa thought that it was the end. Everyone around them was fighting and dying so she thought they weren’t gonna make it out alive so she confessed to Eren. She thanked him for always being there for her and for giving her the scarf and for giving her a reason to live and she started crying and for once she was smiling ****ing smiling at him and they looked ready to make out and it really upset Eren that she was injured and thought those things so he stood up and with his fists he punched a ****ing Titan to protect her like the entire manga was Mikasa protecting Eren, but for once, he protected her like he was supposed to.

He didn’t want to see her get killed, and her confession basically gave him this new shounen boy power with his fists and shit and he managed to get her out alive by carrying her on his back ****ing piggy back ride help and he got her on the horse and they rode away while she was squeezing him really tightly and crying into his back.

So basically she confessed everything she’d ever wanted to tell him and Eren had this magical epiphany about her and why she was always trying to protect him so he stood up and fought together and got her out safely like the good little boyfriend shounen hero he is and yeah it’s basically canon now."

Eren also said he wants to be together with her forever.. and what did Mikasa want? Just to be by his side.

Not going to lie, before this chapter... I wasn't a fan of the pairing.

1. Eren always brushed her off because of her protective nature.

2. She was basically adopted by the Jeager family (making them related in theory).


That comment he made this chapter honestly made me respect both him and the thought of the pairing a lot more. Honestly I used to not really be able to stand Eren because his obsession with Titans typically made him seem to completely forget his friends.



I've been leaning towards Jean and Mikasa since Jean actually displayed a constant care for her AND the situation at hand.


Not gonna lie... Jean got Giga-Screwed over this chapter...


1. Lost his horse

2. Lost his head (figuratively... dat concussion :snick

3. Lost his Girl (theoretical/possibly plausible assumption)


I don't actually make as much of a focus on pairings for AoT as I make it sound out to be though... won't be disappointed whichever way it goes, but you gotta throw out the feels factor for poor old Realist: Jean Kirstein

There's a lot of foreshadowing about this two in the manga etc , it's the only paring that makes sense besides Historia & Ymir in AOT , but yeah I agree . This is about this 2 , i still have my fears about Annie , but this is no kishi , so i hope we don't get trolls back & forth .

Edit : also the first page pretty much tell you that Eren has to be the one who protects Mikasa , his mom told him that.

Eh, I really don't care for AOT pairings as much as I do for Naruto pairings, so I'm fine with ErenXMikasa happening, and I'm certain it will, I just prefer ErenXAnnie more, even though it most likely won't happen

In all seriousness, SasuNaru whould've been canon a looooooooooong time ago if it wasn't for the fact that the manga is aimed at teen boys. Like really, those two are SO gay, it's just stupid how kishi tries to make us think they're not gay.

Yeah I realized my mistake in the past.. I'll just put warning manga only in the title now so no anime viewer doesn't get spoiled.. still what you did was uncalled for. And what's your point @bold? dont get what you're trying to tell me..

Yeah pretty much this in a nutshell as well.. yeah the parings for me in Naruto kind of died out for me.. I understand that kishi wants to satisfy both pairing fandoms but the way he goes about it is just meh.. he's trolling.

Come on KGB don't you ship NaruHina? its similar in some ways with differences no doubt but it reminds me of them imo.. I do feel bad for Jean though but Eren and Mikasa just have more development together.
