Honestly Eren is too much of a Titan fanatic for relationships XD!
I've been enjoying the thought of Mikasa and Jean... Though I don't really do AoT Ships.
Eren X Mikasa of course .
They are not related at all , only lived 1 year as family & then like regular friends after that .
there's tons of hints in the manga about them & how Mikasa feels about Eren , her character will realize later that she loves him. Even Armin knows .

I agree with you on this too. Shes way too aggressive sometimesMikasa's overprotectiveness for Eren can get quite annoying, especially since he is my second favorite character, and I love Annie so I gotta go with Eren X Annie
