*** does not matter as long it comes to self defence. If a female really starts of a fight then of course the male should have fully right to defend himself against her.

Still self defence doesn't mean that he has to beat the shit out of her and same goes to ladies towards men. Self defence should only be until the other quits or can't continue (etc brain shakes or unconscious or many other reasons.) No need for more damage if the other one can't damage you anymore.

no you can't b/c 9 times out of 10 you'll be the one going to jail even if there's obvious evidence that she was the aggressor

best to just try and run away b/c it's a fight that you just can't win . . . even if you win, you'll still go to jail and be prosecuted for misdemeanor battery/assault (if a weapon was used)
