Hey guys does anyone remember which episode was the one where sasuke like acknowledges naruto and states that he was the one chasing after naruto not the other way around....I'm not trying to make a point or say someone is better I'm actually curious.

Check from episode 107 to 109. Sasuke acknowledged Naruto's skill during their battle at the Valley of the End, Sasuke put on his headband as a sign that he was fighting Naruto as an equal. I think this is what you're looking for.
