> Sarada calls him an idiot and they start fighting
> Lunch time and Boruto/Sarada start fighting over a sandwich lmfao (kids smh)
> Shino puts the test out
> Iwabee uses Mud wall, and as he was trying to cross it, Cho-Cho broke the wall on the other side and hit Iwabee knocking him out cold (they didn't know he was on the other side).
> Shikadai captures the entire girl team, but an explosion went off and he let it go
> Metal Lee stops the girls combined shuriken jutsu attack, but when the girls stare at him, he gets nervous and loses his mental state. Sarada uses this chance to scare him with shuriken jutsu, to which Shino replies that the Uchiha blood is strong because she's the best in the class for shuriken jutsu!

The episode ends after the school gets destroyed, saying that they need to clean up their mess or something. It was pretty boring/average.

There is a connection between the beast, Mitsuki, and Boruto's Dojutsu, at least in terms of the dialogue based on the preview but it isn't 100% clear.

The episode was pretty boring. Forced boy vs girls drama, no lesson was learned, and the story telling was shit.

The only interesting thing was Mitsuki and his connection to the beast.

nothing's forced . you just think that because you're just waiting for the mitsuki episode as for someone like me who's interested in every episode and in all the characters this episode was interesting and had many character interactions and more depth to every character we barely seen of before.

When two are kids are fighting over a sandwich for no reason it's forced.

There was no resolution on Boruto and Sarada's relationship. If it doesn't get solved later, Boruto and Sarada's characters will end up becoming close friends over learning the importance of not fighting over sandwich because they are classmates.

That's retarded writing and a garbage foundation for the both of them. The entire episode was shit on that behalf, and the lesson towards the end made no sense because Shino couldn't even give a solid philosophical conclusion, as Shikidai stated.

Overall the episode was shit, best part was the monster showing up and Mitsuki's entrance.

Other than that the episode gets a 2/5. Boruto summoning a giant animal means nothing to me too.

The first thing that came to mind was a Chimera. Head of a lion, snake-like tail...but on a series so heavily reliant on Shinto mythology to build its world? It doesn't sound right.
