These guys been with naruto since the beginning. I've honestly would've prefer these guys to animate VOTE 2 than yamashita. Just look a chikara arc for example.

Toshiyuki Tsuru would not have done VoTE 2 better. He couldn't have choreographed the battle scenes as well, never mind the taijutsu... Hirofumi Suzuki was the powerhouse behind most of Chikara; the primary fight scene that Tsuru did in Chikara was a lacklustre and uncomplicated affair. Whether or not Tsuru has been around since Part 1 is irrelevant too, since he's only ever animated under around 5 episodes and Tanaka 4, which doesn't compare to the 17 Yamashita has worked on.

The animation won't be better but the artwork might, if only because it's not going to be primarily fast-paced action scenes.
