Well tbf, alot of people called this when the chapter in question came out. Not just sawyer.

OT: Dang, that kinda sucks :/

Oh well, now, all I can hope is that the kaguya fight or at least, the sasuke/naruto fight looks very good. The latter one better look godlike cause you know, it's not like it's the last fight in the manga (not counting gaiden here).

Lol you must be pretty clueless not to think of that immediately. The drag fillers from everywhere they can and now that the manga gave them so much space for more, you thought they wouldn't take advantafe of that?
