Madara's voice actor confirmed he is part of episode #380 (airing in October), so I think that probably means canon is still going in at that point.

The anime director also said this episode is special to them because it is actually episode #600 of Naruto (they include part 1 in the episode numbers).

You just said 389 would be in December lol

But October is right, Septermber 11th is the Mecha Naruto filler and I heard about another break, but the break isn't 100% for sure

I doubt it, they never did anything big with episodes 100/200/300/400/500

Well actually 400 was pretty high quality, but it was a filler haha
