An official summary for episode 343 was released

The masked man has the power to teleport part of his body to another dimension, giving the impression that he's slipping through objects. In that dimension, Naruto's Rasengan attacks the masked man, and the masked man's identity is finally revealed.

Also, here is a translation of the statement from Wataru Takagi, Tobi's new voice. Previously I only posted who he is, but no translation of what he said

I'm back voicing Tobi again. Though now that I'm [redacted], I'm injecting some quiet/calm energy into it! (can't really figure out a good translation of that line). This is another major role in a very big series. Roles like this make me nervous, ehehe.

This is the same person who did "goofy" Tobi, but his post says he will be more quiet/calm.
