yeah it was a weird filler arc. Naruto, sasuke, and sakura were assigned to guide a runner through a foot race that determines who will rule a country, the bad guys team one, they would continue to bully and torment the citizens. if the good guys won peace could be restored. it is rather boring, but later we find a story behind the runner team 7 is supposed to protect, typical anime that is touching. lol. but anyway it all culmilates in an epic battle between naruto and sasuke vs a former leaf shinobi who stole i believe the second hokage's sword which takes all jutsu. sasuke cracks it with his chidori, but he is defeated leaving it all up to naruto. Naruto spurred on by sasuke's belief in him manages to break the sword and defeat his opponnent. the episode mainly shows sasuke being jealous of NAruto's new power, sakura beating up naruto, and the history of the runner village and lfie.
I don't Tsunade has trained her yet though ahahaha
