I'd say the shinobi have this, between genjutsu, and bringing the dead back to life, next are the shinigami, pirates lose badly due to their weakness being water.

It's amazing, I'm on 107 and I'm really into it now. Starts off slow but wants it picks up, you're hooked. If you're not impressed by the actions (I am btw) you'll at least like the plot and its much better character development than in Naruto. Plus, the straw hats and various characters are funny as hell, it has more humor than most mangas/animes IMO
